Can you explain the new changes?

Of course! I know there have been a LOT of moving parts over the last few years so first and foremost I want to thank you for still being here with me. I am now officially an employee at Ashlyn Bausman Studio located in Fishtown! (YAY!) All appointments, confirmations, policies and payments will be done so through Ashlyn Bausman Studio.

I have to cancel or reschedule. How can I do that?

Please call Ashlyn Bausman Studio to reschedule. You can cancel your appointment via your confirmation email.

Do you do consultations?

Absolutely! A great consultation is KEY to a successful color session. I like to do our consultations virtually via email. Please send your inquiry to chat@amberthompsoncreative.com to chat more!

Where are you located? What's parking like?

I work at Ashlyn Bausman Studio located at 1621 Frankford Avenue. There is free (sometimes timed) street parking available. Please be sure to read ALL SIGNAGE before leaving your car. You will not be able to move your car during our session. Please plan your timing accordingly to give yourself time to look for a spot!

What is your pricing?

I am a SENIOR STYLIST at Ashlyn Bausman Studio. My pricing can be found on my service page and can also be found here. Look for the “SENIOR” price list.

I don’t see availability for when I want to come in. What should I do?
